Vendors,

Booth space is available for the 912 March and Rally. Booths are free for non-profits and groups that want to promote their causes. For profit groups that want to sell items, we are asking a nominal $250 fee for a booth.

We require an application on each booth requested and organizations will be limited to one booth.

Vendor Check In between 9 am and 12 noon. 900 Main Street (Northwest Corner of the Convention Center)
Fort Worth, Texas 76102

Vendors must be set up no later that 12 noon on Saturday.

Rules: No Food or Drinks, No Alcohol, No Profanity, No speaker systems, No Electricity Available. Please bring 1 table up to 8 feet long and 2 chairs for your booth.

Please download the Booth Application Form for the March and we ask that each organization that wants a booth.

Please return this form to us no later than September 8th, 2009. Registrations after that date will not be recognized in the printed program.

On the day of the march there will be a registration desk to check in and you will be assigned a booth slot for your organization. The registration desk will be near the Corner of 9th and Main Street in Downtown Fort Worth. Organizations may check in between 9am and 12pm on Saturday September 12, 2009 but must be set up by 12 noon.
