Group Leaders,

We are working very diligently to get all the groups that want to March together on September 12th registered and ready to go. We encourage groups to come march together to promote their group and their members.

We ask that each group marching together pre-register with us so we can coordinate the staging and put the group in a first registered order for the event. We encourage each group to bring a banner or signs to show their group name during the March.

Please download the Group Registration Form for the March and we ask that each group that wants to march together fill it out and email or fax to us. In addition, we are limiting vehicles to the march to ones that can provide transportation to those who cannot physically make march. Please note on the form if you will need to put a vehicle in the March.

Please return this form to us no later than September 8th, 2009. Registrations after that date will not be recognized in the printed program.

On the day of the march there will be a registration desk to check in and you will be assigned a marching slot for your group. The registration desk will be near the Corner of 9th and Main Street in Downtown Fort Worth. Groups may check in between 9am and 12pm on Saturday September 12, 2009.

We also ask each of you to help make a financial contribution if possible. This event is costing our group a minimum of $65,000 to produce. The best way is to support us is to purchase VIP passes and luncheon seats with the Judge at Del Frisco's on the day of the March. The private dining table with the Judge will be a great way to get some face time with the Judge and get his opinion on your issues.
